1. Architecture & Core Commitment

This Privacy Notice explains how Foldlight Bureau Interactive handles information when you install and interact with Foldlight Bureau. We prioritize local-first gameplay: all puzzle rules, chapter progression, and personal solver notes operate directly within your device container without requiring user registration or account creation.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To enable smooth gameplay recovery, chapter continuity, and personal configuration between sessions, Foldlight Bureau stores records strictly within local sandboxed app storage:

• Campaign & Level Progression: Unlocked Day Leaf chapters, completed puzzle nodes, and mastery stamps.
• Checkpoints & Active State: In-progress board configurations, selected fold paths, and active tool loadouts.
• Attempt History & Replay Data: Turn sequences, scrub timelines, move counts, and practice drill records.
• Player Notes & Strategy Pins: Tactical memos entered voluntarily into the Archive Wall for your own reference.
• Preferences & Accessibility: Haptic switches, reduced motion settings, and high-contrast color assistance profiles.

All stored records remain strictly on your iPhone. Notes are entirely private; please avoid writing sensitive personal information in gameplay notes.

3. Telemetry & Campaign Attribution

Foldlight Bureau respects your device choices and adheres strictly to Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework:

• No user account, cloud registration, or intrusive profiling mechanisms exist.
• No cross-app behavioral advertising networks are used to track your personal identity.
• Subject to your explicit consent via the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, limited gameplay telemetry and campaign performance data may be processed to measure acquisition channels and optimize technical performance.
• If you choose "Ask App not to Track", tracking identifiers are never accessed and gameplay remains 100% complete and fully functional.

4. Device Permissions

Foldlight Bureau requires no unnecessary device hardware permissions. The application will never request access to:

• Device Location (GPS or Network)
• Camera or Microphone
• Photo Library or Media Storage
• Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders
• Health or Fitness Data
• Bluetooth or Local Network Devices
• Push Notifications

Optional haptic feedback uses iOS system vibrator APIs strictly for tactile sensation during board folds and does not record or generate telemetry data.

5. Information Sharing & Third-Party Services

Foldlight Bureau Interactive does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Any technical attribution measurements conducted under user consent are handled exclusively with privacy-compliant analytics partners to optimize app performance and verify installation campaigns.

6. Data Retention, Local Wipe & Complete Deletion

Locally stored game data persists on your device until you choose to remove it:

• In-App Reset: You may at any time open Settings inside the app and execute "Reset All Local Data". This immediately purges all progress, checkpoints, notes, and records.
• Application Deletion: Removing the Foldlight Bureau app from your iPhone immediately erases all associated container sandbox files under iOS operating system storage rules.

7. Children’s Privacy Protection

Foldlight Bureau is suitable for players of all ages and does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from children. The app contains no social feeds, public chats, user profiles, or in-app commerce. Guardians may clear all game data at any time via the in-app reset option or by uninstalling the application.

8. Sandboxed Security & Corruption Protection

All data is maintained inside iOS application sandbox partitions protected by system-level hardware encryption. In the event of an unexpected interruption or corrupted record, the app isolates the fault locally through its Recovery Tray rather than sending error dumps over the internet.

9. Updates to this Notice

Should future updates introduce architectural changes that impact data handling, this notice will be revised with an updated effective date before any related functionality is released.
